Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sattwa Herbals, your satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with personal care and cosmetic products, we follow strict hygiene and safety policies. Please read the details below:

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by calling our customer support.

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If we suspect a fraudulent or invalid transaction, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice. Customers involved in such activity may be restricted from placing future orders.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we follow a No Return / No Exchange Policy.

  • We only allow replacements in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

  • If this happens, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order receipt number.

  • Each case will be reviewed individually to provide the best possible resolution.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior confirmation from our support team.

Refunds

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. (Some banks may take longer to reflect the amount.)

  • For damaged or incorrect products, refunds (if approved) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for monetary refunds. In such cases, we may offer a replacement product or a gift coupon after verification.

  • We recommend using prepaid payment options for a smoother refund experience.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping for Returns

If your product needs to be returned (damaged or wrong item only), our team will guide you with the correct return process. Please wait for confirmation before sending back any product.
