2.3 Consultation Required

3. Pricing and Orders

All prices are in INR, inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject orders in full or part

  • Modify prices without notice

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues

Order acceptance occurs only upon dispatch. Payment processed orders may be refunded within 7-10 business days if cancelled by us.

4. Payment and Security

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payments are processed via PCI DSS compliant gateways. We don't store complete card details.

You confirm payment details are lawfully yours. Liability for fraudulent card use rests with you. We may pursue legal action and recover costs for fraudulent transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery

  • India-wide shipping (5-7 business days standard)

  • Free shipping on orders above specified value

  • Tracking details provided upon dispatch

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery

5.2 Delivery Issues

Verify package condition at delivery:

  • Sealed packaging

  • Correct products and quantity

  • No visible damage

Refuse delivery and contact us immediately if discrepancies exist.

6. Return, Refund and Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched. Contact support@sattwaherbals.com immediately.

6.2 Returns (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged/defective products upon receipt

  • Wrong products delivered

  • Expired/near-expiry products (within 3 months)

  • Packaging tampered during transit

  • Product doesn't match description

NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Opened/used products (except to check for damage)

  • Changed mind/wrong product ordered by customer

  • Allergic reactions (responsibility to check ingredients)

  • Products used contrary to instructions

  • Free samples/gifts

  • Products on clearance/sale (unless defective)

Important for Herbal Cosmetics: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

6.3 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days with order number and photos

  2. Receive return authorization if eligible

  3. Return in original packaging with invoice

  4. Refund processed within 7-10 days upon approval

  5. Return shipping costs borne by us if our error; otherwise deducted from refund

6.4 Refunds

  • Credited to original payment method

  • Shipping charges non-refundable (except our error)

  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer

7. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

You must be 18+ years old. If registering as business, you have authority to bind the entity.

15. Force Majeure

  • Payment obligations for ordered products remain
