Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Orders are processed for delivery after payment is confirmed.

  • We accept:

    • Prepaid Orders (Online Payment) – processed immediately after successful payment.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – available on select pin codes, subject to our terms & conditions.

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate, as we are not responsible for:

    • Delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

    • Loss/damage caused due to wrong details.

    • Delays caused by unsuccessful payments.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days depending on:

    • Product availability

    • Your location (metro / non-metro cities)

    • Courier partner timelines

  • While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to festivals, holidays, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unavoidable reasons.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms & Conditions

  • COD may be available on orders above a minimum value (subject to serviceable pin codes).

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery to the courier partner.

  • Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to accept and pay for your order.

  • Repeated refusals or fake COD orders may lead to cancellation of COD facility for that customer.

  • COD orders are not eligible for monetary refunds. In case of damaged/incorrect delivery, we may provide a replacement or gift coupon after verification.
